How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 7 business days. It takes 1 – 3 business days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies.
• Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 15 business days (depends on the shipping method) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.

Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it https://www.17track.net/en to track your order.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Currently there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for the item you purchased is defective within 30 days of the date of delivery.
